Q: HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER THROUGH YOUR WEBSITE?

3. Fill-out the necessary details needed for the shipment (the info must be valid and correct).
4. Click continue to "shipping method" ---> "payment method" ---> "Complete Order".
5. You will then receive an SMS & call for the "order confirmation" and just wait for the product to arrive.
Q: DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS?
A: Yes, we do accept returns and refunds as long as it is within 7 days. Starting from the time you received the package. However, we will not accept the product if it has been: Damaged Item is not scratched or dropped We will refund or return if there is a factory defect.
Q: WHAT IS THE STANDARD ORDER FULFILLMENT TIME?
A: All orders in our Shop are processed within 24-48 hours after you have successfully placed an order. Once we received your order, we will then prepare your items for shipping to your desired delivery address. Please make sure you have provided a correct-valid address to avoid any delays in receiving your order/package. Next, you will receive a notification/SMS from the courier (LBC) once your order has been shipped. You can expect your items to arrive at your doorstep within the delivery period depending on your location.
